First of all, Mike was great and responsive to our needs.I’m not here to bash a human that owns a beautiful home in a beautiful area.Unfortunately we had an issue with the house heater not working for about an hour and a half. It was 16 degrees outside and 66 inside. Obviously we didn’t die. I messaged Mike and he responded right away and handled it remotely.We also had an in issue with water temp during showers. That was the biggest problem because my wife and 12 year old daughter ended up with ice cold water during their shower. I messaged Mike and he informed me it was on Eco Mode. He immediately changed the setting remotely and 1 hour later, the girls were happy. By the way, I’m a 46 y/o firefighter and if I had a cold shower, I would have panicked.The location is absolutely beautiful for 24 hours.I expected the the location to be much cleaner especially when you allow pets.Once again. I would assume that Mike expects the same from who he hire to maintain the property. Unfortunately, it was dirt,dusty and pet hair under every chair.Property was beautiful and the owner was very responsive.I think the downfall was housekeeping and oversight.Sorry Mike, you did a great job responding but your housekeeping crew let you down.I would tell you to not let me discourage you. The view is absolutely beautiful and The owner was responsive. I just wish the property was clean, especially with my son who is allergic to everything.Fortunately we are a family of ER Docs..
