"Nice and calm appartement, close to town"

"Stunning villa and very clean we were met by Christians sister in law to hand over the keys the villa was lovely and clean. It could almost be two flats as downstairs has 3 bedrooms a bathroom and a mini kitchen no cooking facilities but houses the washing machine and american style fridge with ice and cold water very nice in the heat ! Upstairs has a big double bedroom en suite and living room separate dining room and the full kitchen with fridges, oven, hob and dishwasher. all high quality....

"The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly...

"The accommodation meets all expectations. The villa is amazing, much better than what appears in the photos. It is a very large villa space, with all kinds of amenities. The pool is a joy and perfect size. The barbecue area is very well equipped. The house is fully equipped. You feel at home at all times. The host of the villa is very friendly and ensures that his guest enjoys the best possible stay. We were 7 people and we all left very happy. We will return without a doubt!"

"Beautifull Building with good outdoor kitchen and large swimming pool. Very spacious and good bedroom. Downpoints: * only toilets in the badrooms * There was nog big coffeemachine (for a group of 18 that is a problem). There used to be one but apperently it was broken and not replaced. * Only one basic towel per person is basic for a 5 day stay. A big + small one would have been nices. Overall a good stay and nice area with lot of things to do (by car). Good bakery and lot of supermarkets...

"Perfect retreat and excellent property in peaceful location with stunning scenery. The outdoor space was amazing with an excellent outdoor kitchen and fantastic swimming pool. Would highly recommend and hope to return - Hasta pronto!"

"The villa had everything you'd need for a relaxing break. Lesley and Warren were on hand if you needed anything and gave good advice for eating out,shopping and sightseeing. Fantastic pool and well kept property. Definitely need a car, as to eat out , shopping and sightseeing are a short drive away, but we mainly prepared our own food at the villa. We all had a lovely family holiday."

"We stayed at the hotel as part of a Camino we were undertaking. When we got to the hotel after 6 hours walking, the receptionist was unable to find our booking and charged us again. She later came to our room to let us know she had made a mistake and managed to refund the second payment. The room was fine but had a view of the next door fast food restaurant. There weren't any amenities provided in the room and cheap shampoo and body wash had to be picked up from reception. The hotel is out of town so difficult to get to on foot."

Beautiful stay!!!

"One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The journey to Rocote itself was lovely, with some great terrain and scenery. The property was so peaceful with a beautiful pool and bar area. Tim was an excellent host and very accommodating. We went to a supermarket in Blanca (20 minutes), which had a massive fresh meat counter and nearly everything we needed. There was only a couple of things I couldn’t get for our little girl,so went to the big (SUPER BIG!) Carrefour at Murcia (50 minutes). "

"Faultless. The property is stunning, the owners have put their own stamp on it and have done so impeccably, the attention to detail can be seen in every area, right down to the choice of glasses in the bathroom. I stayed in the double room with the balcony and just wish I was able to stay longer. Delightful hosts Steve and Richard, thank you"
