    "One of the best stays, all staff members we encountered were so nice, accommodating and helpful! The property is clean and spotless, the views from the room are spectacular, the breakfast had a wide selection and everything we tried was amazing! The spa is something different all together and I would highly recommend this hotel and the spa to anyone interested in a bit of some pampering and disconnect!"

    "We booked several hotels for our stay in Dubai and used this hotel for the last night, booked 2 rooms but when we arrived for check in apparently only 1 was showing on their system. I then had to evidence my reservation so another room was booked for me. That wasnt pleasant. It wasn't a warm welcome or check in. Staff were professional but not friendly or nice so on that basis I didnt feel excited. I had to ask about events & facilities as this wasnt mentioned to me. I found that extremely odd..."
