The lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment "Bilge" is located in the Seute Deern building at Warmbadstr. 6, right next to the pharmacy, and spans two floors. It is approximately 54 square meters in size.

The light-filled living and dining area, with a separate kitchen and hallway, is located on the ground floor. The bathroom and the spacious bedroom with a large double bed and two windows with roller blinds are located in the basement, accessible via a staircase. A high-quality sofa bed with a mattress in the living room comfortably accommodates two children. The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy bay window. The apartment is flooded with natural light.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and a Miele oven with an integrated microwave. Cable TV and a radio are provided. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. The designer flooring and tiles make the apartment suitable for allergy sufferers. The apartment is designed for two adults and two children. It is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs and other pets are not allowed.

The publicly accessible outdoor area is equipped with a seating area and can be used for relaxing/eating.
