You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant suggestion and the common Grace Bay rental suggestion. I loved the full kitchen and washer & dryer. There were beach bags available to use along with snorkeling masks and beach towels. The sun tends to go down by 7:45 so we needed to head back from the Grace Bay area by 6:50 just to be sure we had sunlight because there is also no light on the Koleche road. The rental price is "good" considering the long drives and that ridiculous Koleche road- after 2 days we got used to it though. The on-site restaurant is DELICIOUS!! The pool & spa area was very pretty. And the palapas with beach loungers on the beach were appreciated as well. There were 2 Full bathrooms with our 2 BR condo.

Wonderful staff and resort. We loved the whole place and all the restaurants. It was easy to navigate as a solo parent traveler!

Clean well maintained property. Ocean view was breathtaking. Ocean is so clean and we were swimming with different colored fish. Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled. Worked out perfect! We will return to this place next year.

This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. The menu at all of the restaurants were overpriced, their food was decent, service was good at all restaurants, but every meal added to the expense for this stay. The resort was very clean, rooms were large, and staff was friendly. Location was very convenient to the airport and local activities, and the beach at this property was nice!
