As a Platinum member, I was entitled to complimentary drinks, but this benefit was not recognized on-site, and the handling felt unreasonable. This may be an issue related to Expedia, but even so, a more professional and courteous response would have been expected from the hotel staff.

A lovely cottage impeccably decorated and furnished.Anne and Phillipe were extremely welcoming guiding us around the property and explaining where everything was along with how it worked. The cottage was absolutely spotless we would have no hesitation in staying there again.
