"This stay for me was just to relax and getaway from the states for a little bit. The room was okay for me, but the shower was outdated, tv size small and room felt small. Besides those things the view, restaurant, and location were great for relaxing. The bar across the street stayed open late on Saturday but it's Brazil and the local people love to party, drink and have a good time. That made for a great atmosphere for me. "

Apesar do hotel ter bom quartos e a localização ser conveniente
Durante minha estadia, encontrei alguns problemas que impactaram significativamente minha experiência:
• Comportamento da Equipe: Os funcionários demonstraram desinteresse e, por vezes, foram bastante rudes. Parecia que estavam apenas fazendo um favor ao me permitir a estadia, em vez de se esforçarem para garantir uma visita agradável.
• Padrões de Limpeza: Apesar da minha longa permanência, os lençóis do meu quarto não foram trocados. Ao levantar essa questão na recepção, Lucas respondeu de forma sarcástica, sugerindo que, a menos que eu solicitasse explicitamente a troca, nada seria feito. É prática comum em hotéis a troca dos lençóis a cada dois dias, e esse padrão não foi cumprido.
• Questões com o Estacionamento: Também notei que a área de estacionamento é extremamente apertada, o que levanta preocupações quanto a possíveis danos ou outros imprevistos.
• Acessibilidade da Gerência: Lidar com o gerente mostrou-se desafiador, dificultando a resolução eficaz desses problemas.

"Stayed 6 nights, no working wifi, front desk didnt do much to help, gave me different passwords but it was the room that had no reaching service, only the last night at almost 10 pm did they decide to tell me to change rooms, didnt do so because saw no point then. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling as well. other than that, the room was confortable. "
