Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Walls splatter with ? and worn. Bathroom has mold around sink and in shower area. Under bed was very dirty with debris. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs work. Floors are dirty. Needed to go to front desk multiple days because housekeeping for got to leave coffee or shorted us towels. No place to put luggage and no real clothing storage in room. More space is given to kitchenette than clothing storage so we lived out of suitcases on the floor.

Great location and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The flooring and furniture was a bit outdated, we did see some bugs inside as well. But I would definitely stay here again in my next trip to Seoul

In general it was good. However we arrived early and in spite of room availability, the employee who checked us in gave us really hard time to check in early. we were not asking for any special favors but they were bent upon not letting us in the room early. All other staff was friendly.
