My experience at Trove was a pleasant one. The main touchpoints were done well. Could be better if there was a little background music in the lobby. No complaints and enjoyed my stay there! Beautiful view of JB and the sunrise from the room. We were given adjoining rooms when we requested too. Thank you. 🙂

My stay was like a fairy tale. The room was beautifully decorated and the online reservation via email was handled very well. Upon arrival I was greeted very warmly. The location was great. Everything is good but the hotel need to improve on their breakfast. Limited variety and food are not tasty. Housekeeping can be forgetful and forget to include floor mat and hand towels. The hotel should had inform in advance to the guest that the swimming pool is not available. We only know that the swimming pool is under renovation upon check in.

Ver upset with trove and hotels.com for my trip. All was booked and ready. Upgraded my room a few days before for the junior suite. Upon arrival, the room could not be processed because it was cancelled. However, the room and booking was still active in my hotels.com app. The payment was already deducted by hotels.com/trove. The service given by the senior lady at the concierge was really disappointing. She did not want to entertain us and could not help us except telling us to rebook the room. Tried calling and emailing trove thereafter to follow up with the matter but to no avail. Their online/call service is as good as non existent. I’ve been to trove a couple of times and the room is always not cleaned thoroughly. We’ll find crumbs from the previous occupants etc. Nonetheless, it is at a good location.

There are black mound growing on the roller blinds in the toilet...the veggie placed on the salad counter during breakfast were already rotting but no one bother to remove them and there is not much food left qhen we reached the area ard 8.30am on Sat morning.
