Gave me a room right behind the Elevator out of many free rooms. Elevator going up and down noises disturbed my peaceful stay. Hotel itself is lovely. I found 3 flattened dead rats around the Hotel.

Location is good. But, cleanliness can be better. Booked a family room but was given a triple room due to overbooking. Forgot to mention non-smoking and room given came with ash tray, so also the cigarettes smell. Good for a few hours or a day stay.

Not...bad but not good either Room was nice & comfy wif balcony..wif view not nice view, room was abit dusty look like not occuppied for ewhile..TV has sattelite channel👍 soap dispenser was leaky all the time no boiling kettle hav to get hot water down @ lobby..ok staff v- courtious & friendly..over all..still a good plc..

1- TV intermitent malfuction but were manage to be patient. 2. Bathroom door problem twice but the hotel act responsively and solved problem fast. 3. No dustbin in room 4. Aircond take a lot of time to cooling the room 5. Shower water flow unsatisfied. 6. No water heater 7. The rest is satisfied

Bad hotel

the whole room is covered with dust...very dirty...I think already long time no clean...kettle have spider...I will not book this hotel again...so bad😡

For a budget hotel, it was ok to stay in and the bed itself is very comfortable. While the hotel is clean, there's always a kind of smell presumably from the outside which can be quite overwhelming and unpleasant. The air con remote control was not given to us to control the room temperature. The wash basin was too high from the standard height and makes it inconvenient for children. The worse part of this hotel has to be the hot shower. There is no valve or lever to control the boiling hot water for shower.

Bad service.

The receptionist played music too loud. My room was on the ground level, near the counter so I could hear the music quite loudly. From the night until the morning. The morning staff was playing mobile games when I want to check out. Didnt bother to greet or to check the details. He simply give me the deposit without any greeting such as "Thank you for staying" etc. His eyes were on his phone all the time. Hotel manager should look into this matter. The hotel was good, the room were great but the staff was a disaster.
