"The room we paid for was not at all what we expected. The bed was super high, like a giant was to sleep there! Meanwhile, the bathroom toilet and bath were super low, like it was meant for kids only. It seems the soundproofing was not good at all. At midnight, we got woken up by the noise of the people upstairs directly from us. Needless to say, we were not able to get back to sleep. All in all, I guess you get what you pay for."

"There was a mistake when we checked in and we were given the wrong room. The next morning, the hotel staff moved us out of the room, while we were gone. To make up for the error, we were given a credit and a suite for the remainder of our stay."
