"This is our 3rd year staying here for a soccer tournament. I have never had a single complaint until now. The room was filthy. The toilet had old urine on the seat. There was hair all over the walls, floor, bath tub, doors. There was old dried urine around the base of the toilet and near the wall of the tub. There were dorito/cheeto finger/hand prints all over the door. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting overall. The kitchen cabinet handles were sticky/dirty. I have photos of all but am unable to post here. I door dashed Lysol wipes and cleaned the room myself. I scrubbed the bathroom on my hands and knees and the wipe was black. At MINIMUM, the toilet should've been disinfected. The time on the microwave was an hour off which leads me to believe the room was cleaned prior to the time change and had not been looked at again. We have always loved staying here until this year. I do not think we will be back. For $289 a night, the room should be cleaner for sure."

"The home was equipped with the basic items. You will need to buy your own tissue which one roll was provided in each bathroom as described in the info. Property was very quiet and very clean. But the neighbors were not very friendly 🙄. Overall it was a Great deal.😃"

"The property was wonderful and even in a great neighborhood; we felt safe walking to the coffee shop 2 blocks up. The fenced in backyard was big enough for our shizu and Goldendoodle to run around while sitting on porch. The beds slept good and the home smelled clean with pet-friendly. Thank you to the Host for a great stay. "

"The home is extremely clean and well-stocked. It is 30 seconds from the soccer complex where our daughter had her tournament. The home is also very close to numerous restaurants and activities. Everything about the property is exactly as represented. Bobby is a true professional and is very easy to deal with. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back. "

"The house was clean, the host was quick to respond to questions, and the fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We were looking for a last minute spot close to the beach and this worked great for us. Foley is such a cute town. Highly recommend pizza from Scallywags and coffee from Coastlands Coffee. "

"Unfortunately, we had an issue with the heater during our stay. The first night we arrived the heater was not working, and we notified the host right away. The following day the host responded with instructions to reset the thermostat, but we were at a volleyball tournament all day and were not able to try it until around 7 PM. After attempting the reset, the heater still did not turn on, and we sent multiple messages to the host but did not receive a reply that evening.Both nights the temperature inside the house dropped below 65 degrees, which was uncomfortable, especially since we had children staying with us. We finally received a response the next morning, and an AC technician arrived just as we were packing to leave. The technician discovered a melted wire in the main AC unit box that was causing the problem.Overall, the home itself was very nice, but the delay in communication and resolution of the heating issue made the stay less comfortable than expected. More timely responses and quicker assistance would have made a big difference in our experience."
