"Huge hole in wall mildew and mold smelled awful very dirty "

"The property and staff were impeccable however the shuttle company (contractor?) reserved for trip to the port and the driver was an hour late and so rude that we all declined and ordered Ubers!"

"We did not use the pool area. We were there to go to a concert at the Casino. It was a nice place to stay for that purpose."

"Room was not properly cleaned and two steps from the bathroom to the bed had my feet filthy. They were all too happy not to offer any services and made you feel like a bother when assisting you. Not worth it for anything more than a quick stay if no other choices were available."

"Check in was flawless, got to the room and it smelled old. Mold was on the ceiling on the shower so front desk changed my room. Next next morning there was a baby roach in the kitchen of the 2nd room. "

"I saw at the booking shuttle was included in the booking,however even though i contacted the property days before my arrival I was left without a response. I got in around 12pm on Sunday and didn’t left Miami international until 2:45pm several attempts was made to contact the property and that was futile. To add insult to injury apart from having to pay for insurance for my stay i was also requested to deposit $100.00 USD, I was like are you kidding me. I also was told if there was any damages i would be liable of course i had to request someone to walk me through the room. By the way having an infant without a kettle to heat water for her tea,if i wanted tobuse the microwave i'd have to go done stairs it was alot to cope with, I didn’t even see the pool. If you're staying prepare for bad customer service,poor quality and hidden cost"
