"You need better signage outside for the parking garage, just says public parking. It is not clearly marked and should say "Enter here for Marriott Parking". Also, on level C there is no clear indication as to where the entrance into the Marriott is located. Should have a big sign and arrow pointing to the entrance, that says "ENTRANCE TO MARRIOTT" . Many people coming in had the same problem as we did. Where it says Marriott Conference Center, put a sign there also as well pointing in the direction of the entrance, as well as one hanging from overhead."

I did find it odd that all dining options on site are not available on Mondays. It should be noted that Northampton has lots of dining options, although some are also closed on Mondays. Breakfast at the hotel, however, is plentiful. We will return, being sure to avoid a Monday stay."
