"The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Windows can be opened form outside and as there is no grill/net in some windows any one can enter into the room any time. The owner is a very nice person and he helped us in need. One of the hotel staff drove us for sightseeing in his own car on hire. This travel experience is terrible. AC did not work and it was too hot, horn did not sound, the car goes off suddenly and after repeated attempt it starts again."

"This is a beautiful Haveli, which looks like a palace in a great location, just inside the city wall and very close to all the sights. However, the rooms themselves are very basic, very run down and not very clean. After they checked me in and gave me my room, they later told me I shouldn't be in an AC room and they would charge me extra. I refused, pointing out I was simply in the room they gave me. The room is kind of dated - with dirty switches and the front lock hanging by a single bolt. The most annoying part - the rooms do not get WiFi. The network coverage is extremely bad and you have to step out of your room to get some slow network. We complained about it multiple times but it was not fixed and at one point we were told to just deal with the bad (rather non existent) Wi-Fi. Also do not expect quiet in the room as you can hear loud noises, from people just talking outside the room to chairs being dragged around in the floor above, all day. The staff did give us some good tips to walk around the city though, and offered help with navigating the city. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back here"
