All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Perfect apartment for us ,11 Adults + 6 kids, individual bedrooms with attached bathroom and the huge kitchen as family room. The kids enjoyed the pool, the freedom to run around and we adults felt very welcome too. Johanna and her family were always within reach. We definitely would come back."

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Zelle am See again. It was such a great value. "
