Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 200 m² house with mountain views for rent in Joch. It can accommodate up to 12 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Access to the accommodation is via an outside staircase leading directly to the kitchen (see 1st photo).
1st floor:
- Kitchen with mountain views, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A dining room with access to the terrace
- Two lounges with TV and sofas located a few steps down from the dining room
Upper floor:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Above the living room:
- Bedroom 4 on the mezzanine: with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and two single beds (90×190).
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- 300 m² enclosed garden with swing, tables and deckchairs
- A 25 m² north-facing terrace (accessible from the dining room) with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Joch, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Numerous hikes, lake, river, canyoning, mountain biking, many places of worship, abbey, cave, 45 min from the sea, 45 min from the first ski resorts
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan, approx. 33 min by car
- Nearest airport: Perpignan about 37 min by car
