Tudo organizado e limpo, bom atendimento dos funcionários. O apartamento tem uma ótima vista e bom estacionamento. Além de várias comodidades como Piscina, academia, cooworking, área de lazer. Sugestões: -Deixar uma instrução para utilizar o fogão de indução. -Seria interessante ter um espelho de corpo inteiro. -Cama um pouco estreita, também deveria ter lençóis de tamanho adequado, a mesma ficou mal feita.

Tudo limpo e organizado, pessoal da recepção sao super agradável. Limpeza estava muito boa no flat, mas, daria uma atenção ainda maior para o cesto do banheiro, estava limpo e com a sacola limpa, mas na hora de lavar, caprichar um pouco mais e deixar secar totalmente, antes de colocar outra sacola, pois, ao abrir o cesto, tava odor de peixe morto, misturado com resíduo de urina.

Apartamento amplo, ideal para famílias, super bem equipado e bem localizado. A unidade que locamos foi a de 2 quartos e tinha garagem fixa. achei a estrutura do flat excelente e com certeza será uma opcao sempre ao retornar a João Pessoa

O flat estava limpo e organizado. Equipe de funcionários muito simpáticos e com desejo de ajudar. Ar condicionado muito bom esfriar rapidamente. Não fomos a piscina. O flat é excelente, bem novo e espaço ideal interno nos quartos. Cama super confortável, ar condicionado split bem silencioso e eficiente. Quarto com cafeteira, microondas, liquidificador, Cooktop, sanduicheira... Panelas e talheres. Também toalhas de banho e rosto estão disponíveis. Muito limpo e organizado todas as dependências. Excelente localização com mercados ao lado, restaurante, farmácias, sorveterias no entorno são encontradas fácil, tudo Q necessário próximo. A praia de Manaíra / Mercado municipal do turista estão a 20 minutos DE caminhada. Hotel possui piscina aquecida e academia. Ótimo custo X benefício. Nota 10
