O quarto estava bem limpo, banheiro precisa de manutenção, torneira que não fecha direito. Café da manhã bem diversificado mas qualidade dos salgados mais massa do que recheio. Piscina bem gostosa. Precisa mesmo de uma manutenção em tudo. Funcionários ótimos, prestativos e simpáticos. Têm lojinha de conveniência no restaurante. Não têm luxo mas foi bom . Cama boa e travesseiro bons.

Olá boa tarde!! Localização ótima!! Equipe de funcionário bem objetiva!! Restaurante e cômodos, bem aconchegante! Café da manhã excelente. Coloboradores da limpeza dos quartos, foi péssima inclusive conversando com outras pessoas de qiarto falaram a mesma coisa. Não trocaram as roupas do quarto porque falaram que não tinha disponíveis. Somente as toalhas e a limpesa como dito foi péssima!!! Hidráulica na Suite 110 estava com a torneira pingando e não fechava imagina a eufonia na madrugada!!

O quarto que fiquei para 2 pessoas tinha uma cama de casal grande e uma cama de solteiro. O quarto era grande e espacoso. Tem servico de toalha para praia e piscina, porem dos 6 dias que fiquei um deles nao tinha mais toalha disponivel. O cafe da manha era variado e a reposição é frequente. Tudo muito gostoso. Achei um otimo hotel 3 estrelas. A unica falha é o carpete nos corredores e as vezes fica bem fedido, como cachorro molhado. O cheiro nao interfere nos quartos mas qdo estamos nos corredores o cheiro eh forte dependendo do dia.

Péssimo e velho hotel

O quarto que eu reservei pelo aplicativo era completamente diferente do que me deram no check in. Minúsculo, sem ventilação, cheiro de mofo, banheiro quase não dava para entrar de tão pequeno, e ainda tinha uma barata passeando pelo quarto. Depois de muita discussão na recepção, onde fui super bem atendido pela funcionária Fabíola, aliás a única que prestou bom atendimento, tive que pagar R$ 200,00 a mais por cada uma das três diárias (R$ 600,00 no total), para que eu fosse direcionado para um quarto mais ou menos compatível com o que eu havia reservado. Bom que era de frente para a praia, mas em cima da piscina onde havia som o dia todo.

Hotel Horrível

Me colocaram em um quarto vizinho ao bar da piscina, o som parecia que estava dentro do quanto, e as cadeiras da piscina ficavam literalmente na janela do quarto. Um absurdo, pedi para trocar e disseram que o hotel estava lotado, tive que ir para um quarto inferior e não me devolveram a diferença. O café a manhã tinha fila para entrar, nunca tinha visto isso em um hotel.

Hotel,razoavel o estabelecimento está em obras nos fundos e outra em frente,muito barulho,sem privacidades,a vistaa é para uma obra,desde 6:00hrs da manha ninguem consegue descansar e nem abrir a janela. Achei pessimo.

Execelente escolha

Muito boa a experiência, atendimento e localização excelentes, café da manhã maravilhoso com muita variedade e tapioca sendo feita na hora. Funcionários muito educados, gentis e prestativos. Excelente experiência. Apenas como ponto de melhoria as condições do quarto, ele é bem antigo e precisa de reforma, nao condiz com a recepção e outras areas do hotel que sao reformadas. Fora isso tudo muito bom!
