"We throughly enjoyed every aspect of our nine days stay at Gtand Hyatt Taipei! The staff were personal, well trained and friendly. Special thank to Cafe assistant manager Paul Yu. We were being neglected by one of the server at dinner table, after h found out the circumstance , he immediately personally intervened to solve the issue in a very professional way.
