"The most disappointing aspect of this trip was staff attitudes. We were very unwelcoming. The one supposed to show us place to park was rude and unprofessional . I will not return neither recommend it"

"The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to most of the main city sites. Easy access to Metro and trams and smooth transfer from airport via bus and Metro. Check in was smooth and reception staff welcoming and helpful in responding to all our needs. Room was clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning and excellent amenities and diligent housekeeping service. Daily breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices and service staff were always present to replenish options and assist. We had a wonderful 5 day stay and would happily recommend and return to Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague."
