The staff is friendly. Location near to tourist spot. Room is huge, clean and is fully furnish with washer dryer too. Great view staying high floor at 30th! Overall, I will give 9.5/10.

However other service staff like house keeping who brought a replacement TV remote, which did not work and the repair person came and supposely fixed it but it was still broken, could not use to change the tv channels and volume, ...
