"The Bridgeway Guesthouse was formerly my favorite place to stay in Jinja. Now, their system of reserving rooms is terrible -- I booked via this site and the Bridgeway did not recognize Orbitz and thus I had to pay again in person; I was put in a room that was not the one I booked, and a subsequent night I stayed, I was put into a different room. "I am still awaiting my refund after booking, being sent a “we can’t wait to host you” email, and arriving after a long journey and being told there were no rooms available - and was suggested another hotel 3 hours away. Terrible communication from hotel and zero viable resolution offered from staff. Very frustrating "
