"The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. My grandpa loved the hotel so much that we went back and stayed a couple of more nights . "

"Very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast buffet. My only point of improvement is that the croissants had a weird taste and smell of mutton or goat butter."

"All stuff’s attitude is super nice , while the room is not very clean that there is thick dust on bed head and dirties on the tiles in kitchen. The water of shower room is leaking out thru the door. The water heating machine is not working, have to call technician to turn it on manually. "

"Very friendly staff and quick response with requests."

"The room service was excellent. However, the cooking and laundry facilities were not as good as I expected. The breakfast buffet was average."

"It's a bit unfortunate that there's no elevator, but it's quiet and the staff is kind. If you're unlucky, your bathroom might lose water, but don't worry it'll be back soon"
