The house is a two family home. Owner resides on one side. The front porch is private with outdoor seating. The rear deck is private just for guest. There is comfortable seating, table with benches for outdoor dining an electric grill.
A spacious living room to relax in, whether it be to watch TV or do some yoga. A dining area right off the fully stocked and functional kitchen. Enjoy your coffee/tea from the coffee bar. we provide a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary regular and decaf pods or use the electric percolator with the ground coffee you enjoy from home.

The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, TV, roku, antenna tv channels, closet. The adjacent bedroom across the hall has same amenities without the private bathroom. The 3rd children's bedroom features bunk beds. A full size on bottom with twin on top.

The kitchen, which is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils, place setting for 12, glassware, oven/stovetop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer with ice machine, general spice rack.
The owner has two small dogs that have full access to the enclosed rear yard. The guest have full access to the front yard.

There is PRIVATE PARKING on the premises for 3 vehicles. There is a padlock on front door.
