"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! "Overall it is a good place to stay and it is just 20 minutes away from the Taoyuan airport. I wish they offer a shuttle bus service for the customers who have extremely early arrival such as 4 or 5 AM. The breakfast is included to the deal from Expedia, the breakfast options are limited but good enough. They have lots of organic vegetables and machine to make fresh juice which is a big plus for me. The staff for making omelets since not knowing both Chinese and English. I requested him not to put cheese to my omelets twice in both languages but he still put. The regular eggs are ok. The room is decent clean to stay and quiet during nights. The mattresses and pillows are standard. I will stay here again if I visit Taoyuan again. "
