Location is fantastic, being a 3-min walk to Chiayi Station. Staff members are smiley and helpful, and ever ready to help store my luggage. "The room is in good shape, clean, tidy and neat. The hotel is modern and well decorated. Hotel staff are nice. However there are some cons. First of all, the laundry system is not not user friendly. It is a wash/dry in one system. at first it took 59 minutes to wash and dry. When the machine finished working, the clothes were still very wet. I had to use dry function again and it took a few hours but still the cloth were damp. Since it was very late and I was very tired, I had to hand up the clothes in the room and hope the air conditioning could help to get them dry the second day. So unless you could stay at that hotel for a few today’s and you definitely need to wash your clothes, don’t use the laundry machine. Secondly l, when I turned off the lights in the room, the light between two beds became a night mode. Unlike most night lights are small and by the bed side at the lower end, this one is very big and to make it worst it flickering. That makes it very hard to fall asleep. "
