"The best thing about Hermitage is the cozy bar and Shawn who was friendly and helpful. Lady at the front desk, not so much. Almost never on duty and gives you the look that says, "what do you want? you're bothering me." The food in the restaurant was expensive and mediocre. We only ate dinner there once and won't again.
