「Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Ausstattung mehr als wertig. Aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage ist man absolut ungestört. 「This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!」

「The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. I liked it a lot.」
