Nice hotel basically on beach

Our room was on the ground floor at the front which meant we could see the beach from our balcony. It was a stunning and relaxing location and a short distance to walk to the beach. Really an ideal spot. Inside the breakfast provided was great - were given cereal, toast, muffin, croissant, spreads and yoghurt. The room was quite small and did not have any bench space or shelves which was a little disappointing. The bathroom also was quite industrial and felt like a public room not homely. More bench space would be appreciated. Rooms had Foxtel however which was nice. Light came in early morning as high window could not be blocked. Overall a nice place in great location and would stay again.

BED BUG INFESTATION - be warned

We stayed at this bed and breakfast this weekend on February 2nd and 3rd. While the room is small, the location is nice. Everything was quite decent until I noticed some bites which to be mozzies the next morning. Woke up at 2am Sunday morning to find myself itching, turned the lamp on and saw a small red bug. As we turned the lights on, we saw in infestation of bed bugs in the pillows, in the sheets, and also crawling on the walls to my horror!!! I tried calling their after hours number and left a message to see if we can be transferred to another room - no answer. Dropped the key card in their mailbox and send them a text. Drove to Sydney at 3am because we don't have a place to stay and not a chance we're going back to that room. Sent an email to them and they completely denied seeing bugs in that room when we actually squashed at least 5 bugs on the bed and on the wall. I am fuming to know that owners cannot empathise while I am covered in bites.

Cosy, relaxed holiday by the beach

Really enjoyed out stay in the bungalows, clean rooms, convenient location, walked to the beach, close drive to local shops and restaurants. Would recommend and would also go back.

Yummy breakfast, comfy bed, great set up, close to the beach! So good would highly recommend Huskisson Beach bed and breakfast!

Do not have a spa!

The room was very small and the spa took over 1 hour to fill. The internet access is terrible. It is a beautiful location.

Cosy bungalow

We stayed in the bungalow and we had a great time. Great friendly staff and fresh food brought to our room for breakfast the next morning. Definitely recommend

kleines Bungalow

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und ist nicht geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen war nur auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Wenn es regnen würde müsste man auf dem Sofa essen. Das Bungalow war sauber und neu gemacht. Wir buchten mit Frühstück hatten aber keine Kochmöglichkeit ausser bei der öffentlichen BBQ Area. Dort waren die Pfannen so dreckig dass wir auf Frühstückseier verzichteten. Wir würden nicht mehr dort buchen.

Close to beach but a distance from town facilities

We were upgraded room which was adapted for disabled guests despite not requiring them. Room is basic but functional. Continental breakfast had been put in room prior to arrival so was a little stale by next morning.

Remote and Cramped

Different. Good condition but felt cramped. Excellent breakfast. We did not notice the advice about picking up the key at another location. This caused a60 minutes worth of wandering around attempting to find the place. Found two cleaning rags in the bathroom. Takes way too long to fill up the hot tub. Feeble jets hardly make it worthwhile.

Lovely quiet location right on the beach

We made a last min booking for an overnight stay. Only booked as we arrived in Husskison . Very lucky find !! Five mins and we were booked,paid and confirmed ! Lovely accommodation right on the beach. Verandah overlooking the sea with table and chairs to enjoy continental breakfast which was substantial . Croissants , muffins,toast,salami,ham,cheese , cereals,yoghurt,fruit,assorted spreads. Coffee machine . Very pleasantly surprised! Comfortable bed .Beach towels provided .Also, bikes available for use. Long walking / biking track along beach on doorstep outside

Okay but expected more for the price

The room is pleasant and clean but small. The bathroom is modern with both a hand shower and rainfall shower head with good pressure. There isn't a place around the sink to put things. This was over the holidays so price was steep but we also stayed in Sydney over New Years and comparing the two this was still on the high side. We had a room with a veranda which was nice for hanging our dive gear to dry. I would not count on the breakfast. It was apples, muffin, croissant, bread,cereal, sliced cheese and meat. The baked good seemed boxed rather than fresh from a bakery and that ruined it for me.

Very comfortable room in a great location

Continental breakfast was great! Enjoyed eating it on the verandah in the sun. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom very spacious

Fine for a short getaway

We booked the Bayview Room with Sea View (Ground Floor). There is indeed a sea view, but it's behind the road and the parking lot so don't let this be your deciding factor. Cleaning happens around 2pm, so we got back to a dirty room after our morning activity and had to leave again so the staff could clean. The room has the basic needs although very small. Aircon & TV channels where a nice plus.

Great centre for Jervis Bay

50m or so from the beach - very comfortable room with a BBQ/ self catering area at the back of the building. Easy walking distance to shops etc in Huskisson (along a coastal path). Excellent continental breakfast - eggs and bacon also supplied for self cooking in BBQ area. Bikes and helmets also available. Staff charming and very helpful.

Comfortable but pricey

The location is a convenient short walk to the beach with a comfortable yet small room overlooking the bay. For the price, I would have thought there would have been a bit more privacy. We could hear other people who were staying there, through the thin walls as they came in and out of the place. More so, any slight movement in the night by others could be heard as our bedheads were back to back between the room walls.
