Good accommodation in the best location.

The place is in a super nice location and had an amazing view. I really enjoyed staying there. The rooms are fairly new. They could do with some mild upgrades but overall was really good! Would most definitely stay here again.

Great location. Staff was great. Communication was great using a translator on phone. Loved the area. Very safe. Cleaning ladies were very friendly.

My advice is don’t stay here.

Usually I would never write a bad review as it’s someone business you could be affecting - however our experience here was the worst in 5 months of travel As per an earlier review - impossible to get hold of anyone. The only time we heard from them is when they wanted our room after 2 days which we had paid for 5 days. After a brief text conversation they took it upon themselves to move our belongings to another room without our consent . Not only that they also left the new room key in the door - so anyone could have accessed our room and taken all our cash and passports etc. When we tired to get an explanation out of them - they said there was confusion and tried to say we had told them it’s ok to do this whilst we were out for the day. Which is a Blatant lie. The room is ok for the price - but be warned this is a business first place - once they have your money you’re on your own.

Great place with an affordable price

We had a great time there overall. The location was specially good and it was close to everything. It only took 10~15 minutes to the Old City and there were lots of restaurants around this place. Only little problem was a shower. The sewer of the washroom wasn't good enough so the whole washroom got filled with water whenever we took a shower and sometimes there was not enough warm water in the morning.

Entrada restrita!

A estadia foi boa mas fiquei muito aborrecida com o Hoteis.com porque só após o pagamento (não reembolsável) informaram que não há recepção e o check-im seria das 15:00 às 20:00. Eu estava voltando de uma excurção já paga e a chegada prevista era meia-noite. Havia preso à porta um n° de telefone de contato e mesmo no dia seguinte ao Rosh Hashana ninguém atendeu. Só no dia da chegada consegui falar com a senhora responsável que após consultar o proprietário me deu o código de entrada e o n° do quarto que ocuparia. Passei dois dias de incerteza e aflição sem necessidade!

It was a nice small apartment including all necessary. It's very well located close to the old city. The information about the arrival came a bit late and we had to wait for cleaning a bit, though we arrived after the check-in hours.

Warning!

Our days in Jerusalem was great but staying at this hotel cased us worries. The owner was imossible to reach. We as well as hotels.com tried to get in contact with them starting one week before we came to make some changes. Even when we were there they were impossible to reach! This means we could get no help with things not working well in our room. We do not recommend this hotel!

Chambre renovée à neuf et très propre, manque encore miroir dans salle de bain. Chambre qui donne côté cour avec bruit de ventilation genant pour dormir Pas d accueil, il faut appeler avant d arriver. Par chance, nous avons croisé la femme de ménage qui nous a donné la clé et a appelé le gérant. Capte pas le wifi dans chambre Les enfants ont dormi sur un clic clac. Ótima localização e preço

O que destaca o hotel é sua localização. Muito perto da cidade velha, com 5 min de caminhada. O local não tem placa na rua e é um pouco difícil saber que é o hotel. É um calçadão e quem tem sono leve pode ter dificuldade para dormir por conta do barulho da galera na rua. Cuidado para não chegar depois das 18h pois não há recepção. Combine muito bem seu horário de chegada com o hotel. Local limpo, organizado, bonito, bem localizado, ótima internet, não tem café da manhã e fomos muito bem atendidos. Voltaremos a nos hospedar.

Worst experience ever

I’ve contacted them many times to arrange the check in, however never getting any response from them. We even went to the actual location of the hotel, no instructions were given. At last we had to contact Hotels.com that we have to change another hotel as we weren’t be able to check in. It was a terrible experience and please, avoid this accommodation.

As a middle-aged, female, solo American traveler, this was my first time ever visiting Israel, and I was uncertain as to where I should stay. I am so glad that I chose We Tour over the expensive hotels that were in the same area. I really liked how Avi had warmly welcomed me with a detailed email containing all the information that I needed to seamlessly check in. I really liked how the building had a security code and how comfortable the bed was. The freshly laundered duvets, sheets and pillow cases were 100% cotton. Not only did they smell great, but they were also extremely soft and cozy. I was very happy to see an iron, toiletries and an ample supply of fresh towels. The wifi worked great, the location was fantastic, brimming with restaurants and shops. One of the highlights for me was that it was in walking distance to the Light Rail and to Old Jerusalem. There was absolutely nothing that I disliked about this place.

This location is excellent. Just know that being in the downtown means it is noisy all day and all night. The room is small a could use an extra table or so but it's clean. There were no additional services. We were there for 7 nights so needed extra supplies and removal of trash. The owner is pleasant and we enjoyed being in the heart of Jerusalem. Only a 15-20 min walk to the Old City. Plenty of restaurants and shops right outside the front door.

I like the location it was perfect, and the price, keep it the same because I definitely will come back probably next year on vacation and would love to stay there again. Although, coming from the United States I do not get much internet or text messages as I do not carry and Israeli phone or SIM card. So I was a little perplexed how to get into the door but once we found it, the lady who helps to run the place was very sweet. I like the candy in the room but I think it might have been a little stale. I still ate it anyway because the flavors were good. A shower curtain would be nice or a barrier so the water does not get all over the toilet area. Also, I would definitely get a blackout curtain for the room as light was in there from the street all night and then the sun comes up. Now, this was New Year's Eve and a lot of Europeans we're loud and Rowdy in the street but that was not y'alls fault. And to keep the outside sound out, I don't know how this could be done structurally but something that seals the room off from the patio so outside sound does not permeate so loud. But, if I had to give an overall rating out of 10 being the highest, I would probably say an eight, but if it wasn't noisy and had a blackout curtain I would have given it a 9 or 10. But I definitely would go back that is for sure. :-) Toda
