Communication excellent via Whatsapp. Ideally situated at the bottom of Ben Yehuda with the light rail minutes away. Excellent kitchen facilities include washing machine and tumble drier. Would stay here again

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They were responsive to questions and had great advice when needed. Be prepared to use WhatsApp as a main communication tool and look at the videos they send to show how to do various things relating to the hotel.

Excelente localização num apartamento agradável

O apto é super agradável confortável, conta com cozinha equipada com forno, fogão, microondas, geladeira, cafeteira, e utensílios para refeições! Ter máquina de lavar e secar roupas para nós foi um diferencial! A equipe da recepção foi extremamente solicita e atenciosa! Mas o melhor de tudo foi a localização que é excelente! Bairro seguro, distância de 10 minutos de caminhada da cidade antiga e com bares, mercados, restaurantes, museus, linha do VLT e serviços a disposição!

This place was not what we hoped. It’s a basic place to crash in the heart of an active area. Location is great if you are ok with loud noise late into the night (2-3am… except for Friday nights, of course). The place is clean and has a/c but it’s not adjustable and communication from the property is non- existent even after multiple attempts.

Dead roach on the wall upon check in. Everything was not clean. It is cheaper than other places but its not a hotel. Keys in the lock box and you never interact with anyone during the entire trip. Some people may like this but this also means no customer service and no one is properly cleaning this place.

Not as pictures, by far! Unclean

The property looks so different to the pictures. The apartment wasn't clean and even the dishes were dirty! We had to clean them. Despite there's a kitchen available we didn't even have a pot to cook!!

The office was hard to communicate with through whatts app. Initially hard to find. Locals really no help. One gentleman did help. Room was impossible to get into. Neighbor was able to help.

Good location, cleaning awful

Check-in wasn't working so thankfully we found someone who could open the door for is and then we could reach to level one where reception is. The person at the reception was friendly and helpful. The property was superficially cleaned and the linen wasn't clean. Coffee machine wasn't working. We asked for new linen and coffee machine was changed. Location is amazing but very loud as it's full of restaurants and you could hear noise up to 4AM. Wardrobe broken, floor wasn't too clean.

Hotel's site misleading with description of the apartments. Paid extra to have a balcony with a view, received a no/ partial/ obstructed (2 feet) view balcony. Asked to change, received horrible customer service with no resolution from manager Mike. Even if you get the view of Jaffa street, there are huge trees that are blocking the view. The stair way to inside the apts was dirty and smelled urine. The rooms are spacious, but need up keep, dirty kitchen and bathroom has zero counter space. Very limited paid parking. The ONLY good thing about this place is the location.

Stay at your own risk

We had 5 rooms. Start w the good: the location is great and size of the rooms. They are 1 bedroom apartnents w washer and dryer. The Bad: the showers had mold, some tvs were broken, some air conditioning were broken. When we brought this to their attention nothing was fixed. The man who worked there and was in charge was condescending, dismissive and an outright liar. Basically its all luck. You might get a good room. But if you get a bad room you are screwed and the complaints will be ignored and there will be no recourse. Stay there at your own risk. And dont let the guy at desk fool you. Hes very nice when checking in but rude and dismissive after that.

Prepaid for my apartment. Arrived at accommodation after a 31 hour journey to be told that my reservation was cancelled. 2 days prior to my arrival the hotel sent me a video directing me to gain access to the reception level. Security code for front door and I completed an on line check-in. Mike the manager was useless and if no help. We were sent to a sister hotel, carried suitcases through the streets of Jerusalem in the cold and rain. We were provided with a room that had no windows or hot water. Thankfully the next morning the staff at reception Yisra, Angelina and Danielle made every effort to find us a room for the remainder of our trip me in Jerusalem. We ended up staying at the Stay Inn hotel. Which has compact yet comfortable rooms. A better alternative than having to find our own hotel as a last minute option. Hotel Management needs to review their senior staff’s behaviour, as Mike was unprofessional and not at all helpful. I will be requesting a partial refund via Expedia on my return from holidays.

After reading all the reviews on this property, I decided to take a chance. Overall, everyone wrote it was a great value, great location etc. All of this is completely true. The 1 BR was very large, had a full kitchen, missing just a few supplies, which the office remedied and was fairly clean. And a working Washer/Dryer. So, all reviews were accurate. The office staff - Mike especially was very amenable in person and did everything they could to help. The other staff was just as nice. The location was spoken about in the reviews. It is on the lite rail, it is very loud, there are noise all hours. So, there needs to be a balance between what you pay and what you can deal with to be happy with it. We dealt with it, but would stay there again ONLY if I had a room towards the alley, a room without a balcony - not on a street side which is on the rail, would be quieter. So, its a 7/8 out of 10 due to the noise factor only. Ear plugs helped, but nothing could eliminate the ringing of a train horn, the people gathered in the streets and the all around 5:30 a.m till Midnight daily (less shabbat) sounds.

快適でした

繁華街なので窓を開ければそれなりの音が入ってきます。場所は最高です。ただ、ホテルの出入口がわかりにくい。施設設備は最高です。洗濯乾燥機があり、洗剤もついていました。旧市街やセントラルバスステーションまで歩いて行けます。オフィスタイム以外、レセプションは不在です。

綺麗でロケ抜群で大満足

ここはホテルというより貸アパートです。日本で言うならマンションですね。50平米で洗濯機、乾燥機、調理道具などがついて新築です。 繁華街にあってとても便利です。 唯一の欠点は入口が分かりずらいこと。そして事前に送られてくる地図が迷わせます。私は小一時間迷いました。ヤッフゲートでトラムを降りたらシティセンターの方へ300メートルぐらい歩くと地図の地点となります。しかし二泊しましたが大変満足です。

This place was filthy. There were stains everywhere (e.g. walls, sheets, furniture). The place is situated in a great location but it is not clean and not up to normal standards.
