Great hotel. Highly recommend it. Location was fantastic and close to so many amenities. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. Food was so nice. Breakfast had a good selection of freshly cooked options. Dinner was so tasty with a good variety of choice. They had a really good chef. There was a hot and cold water dispenser which was so handy so you didn't have to keep buying bottled water. Highly recommend this hotel as this has been my second visit to it. So far so good and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

The Hotel New Capitol is a lovely hotel. Surrounded by shops just three minutes walk from Herod's Gate. Great for those who want to walk and explore the Old City of Jerusalem and its holy sites. All the staff are very professional, friendly and always willing to help. Thank you and I see you soon.

The staff were the most friendliest I have ever come across in Israel. I have been to Israel four times. The owner or the General Manager of the hotel went out of his way to help me with an issue with a taxi that I had hired.

Our stay at the New Capital Hotel was wonderful, especially given the situation of the conflict. The staff were very thoughtful and kind, provided wonderful food and support. The location close to the old city is also perfect.

Great Location

Great Location, easy to walk to the old city. Only 10 minutes walk to the tram stop. Nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is varied with a good selection of foods. Free water and coffee all day. Staff are polite and helpful. We would choose this hotel again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for Salah. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay. There is a parking adjacent to the hotel who charges 50 nis per night.

We stayed here as a family of 20 and it was great. Rooms: We ranged between Triple , Double and accessible rooms. The rooms offer a kettle/tea etc, wardrobe, Iron, Blankets , Hairdryer. Or these items can be requested. Location: Location was fantastic a 15 min walk to the Herolds gate towards the Masjid. On the way down you will come across cafes, shops , stalls which are all very handy. Staff: All Staff were amazing and very helpful/Kind. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again Zeynah

Great staff

I had mixed up the dates and was prepared to pay for a new room. But the staff, Maria and her colleague, sorted everything out, made a lot of phone calls so i did not need to pay for new rooms. Offered me coffe as I waited, gived me a room before they even got confirmation from hotels.com that it was okey to switch. Upgraded the room with balcony, water etc just to be nice. The next day they offered me breakfast free of charge. The hotel is maybe not brand new, but ill take this hotel over any luxury hotel any day because of the friendly and serviceminded staff. Phenomenal
