"Location, staff, rooftop bar/restaurant all awesome. There were a few things that I could nitpick about such as no "do not disturb" sign, the toilet seat in our room was cracked and would catch your skin at times, no lotions or toiletries offered in the rooms, rooms were not sound proof to the trains and emergency service vehicles so you would hear everything at night. Overall, the location was great, the NY skyline as the background *chefs kiss*, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again? I guess so. Would I also try another hotel in the surrounding area? Definitely"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. Breakfast was basic but fine for a quick meal. Overall a solid, no-frills stay near the airport."

"It was convenient location for ease of bus ride to NYC, very close to American Dream Mall. Free Parking. Breakfast was the same daily which was limiting. My family and I were comfortable and it suited our needs."
