"Great place to stay and close to the city."

"Very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets had a strong odor resembling burning or exhaust fumes, which made the room uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Before heading to the pool, I called the front desk and was told it was open. After getting changed and ready to swim, I found the pool entrance locked with an “Out of Order” sign taped to the door. I then had to wait approximately 20 minutes for staff to unlock it. Once inside, the pool was in poor condition. The water appeared green, and the overwhelming smell of chlorine mixed with algae made it unpleasant to use. Breakfast was also underwhelming. The made-to-order omelet was the only item that seemed fresh and enjoyable; the rest of the food was trash (especially what they call waffle fries). To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk four separate times to request an extra pillow before someone finally brought one to the room."

"Wow where do I start the was so that my feet would turn black just by walking few steps on the rug.I requested a mini-fridge because some of med requires refrigeration. And told that that was an upgrade,ii agreed to extra charge but never got the fridge.I stayed 5 days and the room never got clean.don’t need to say if you have others option stay away from this place"

"Old and out dated. Purchased a king bed and they gave us a queen for 3 of us to sleep in with no resolution when we confronted them about it. Ice/vending machine didn’t work. Iron in room didn’t work. Never actually stayed at a hotel before that doesn’t put a fitted sheet on their bed or trash bags in their trash can. Was just an overall bad experience that kept going downhill. Luckily we only stayed one night."

"Llegamos tipo 9 de la noche y la reserva era para 2 habitaciones . Nos entregaron las mismas y a nosotros nos entregaron la 213 y empezo nuestra odisea. Caminando con maletas de aqui para alla buscando. Regresamos a la recepcion y nos dan las o dicavilbes de nuevo en ingkes y no hablamos ingles y de nuevo a buscar lo q entendimos a medias , ya cansados despues de casi 1 hora , cargando maletas mi esposa va y reclama para que alguien nos acompañe y nos lleve y resulto que no era la 213 si no la 273 y el señor de seguridad al que enviaron a indicarnos ratifica el numero y nos dice !!!siete!! A lo cual respondimos indicandole el número de la tarjeta !! Uno!! Y el responde en !!! Inglés siete en español uno!!! Realmente quedamos muy molestos. Se equivocan dando la informacion, perdemos tiempo valioso de descanso, generan un estress por no encontrar el numero y adicional no reconocen y nos dicen que el error es nuestro. Tienen camaras y nos vieron y no hicieron nada.siempre nos tocaba ir a decir que no encontrábamos y la chica de recepcion haciendo caras como de fastidio y molestia x no encontrar la habitacion y lo demostraba . No le gustaba que preguntaramis. El hotel es grande suguieto tener un mapa para orientar al huesped y esto sirve para todos lis idiomas y no los molestarian. De hecho tengo la foto"

"The staff are friendly and responsive. The rooms are decent, the carpet in the corridor requires some work. I felt it is old, but, when I inquired working staff, they said it's recently replaced. It may be a good idea to upgrade carpet with wooden or vinyl tiles for easy maintenance and good appearance. Breakfast options are less but decent."
