"My family and I are very grateful for the service at this hotel. We booked it for the free parking, proximity to New York City, and the pool. When we arrived, the front desk, let us know that there is a problem with the pool and it had to be drained, and would not be open. My 10 year old son was very upset and, because he has special needs, could not get over the closure of the pool. The staff here went above and beyond to fix the pool as quickly as possible and get it reopened. They let us know they were doing it just for us. They made us feel very special and cared for, especially my son who really wanted the swimming as the biggest part of his break. We are very grateful and will definitely come back to such a great manager and front desk staff. "
