"Il m'est pénible de devoir commenter. Je suis resté une semaine à Jerash. Pour combler les attentes touristiques,le propriétaire devra faire des efforts sur la propreté et la sécurité en terme de norme électrique et hygiénique. Mais cela est compensé par l'hospitalité du propriétaire qui vit avec ses 5 enfants au dessus de l'appartement. Bref,si vous cherchez un endroit authentique,c'est ici. "My hotel stay at House was excellent from the moment i arrived, up until i hopped into my car and left. The staff is professional and welcoming, the hotel is polished and the rooms are well equipped. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. "

"The bed, pillows, and sheets smelled like burnt cooking oil. The safe wasn’t working. They forgot a greeting card they left for the guest before me, next to the fruit and pastry which game me the impression they didn’t clean the room well. I told the receptionist to book me a none smoking room which is something I already mentioned in my online booking but when her manager she noticed the booking the receptionist made was a smoking room so instead of apologizing and correcting the error, the manager judged me by saying: are you booking a smoking room in Ramada! And she gave a stupid look! The manager told the receptionist to explain to me the benefits that come with my reservation but no one explained anything to me. The receptionist was only interested in explaining her Ramadan routine of sleeping, eating, and watching TV with her mom. "

"I had another wonderful stay at the Hyatt Amman.I arrived earlier than the official check‑in time, and as a regular guest, the manager kindly upgraded my room since the one I booked wasn’t ready yet. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to its loyal guests. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, exactly what you would expect from a five‑star property. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Overall, the hotel is outstanding in every aspect,comfort, service, and hospitality. I highly recommend it and will definitely return."
