「The place was locked up when I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes for the proprietor to open the door! Very worn room which needed a refurb as did the whole place to be honest! Inaccurate listing details: there is no restaurant, just a bar, so no food. Not one of my better choices but the pictures and details do look a lot better than the reality.」

「Superbe hôtel a l'ancienne.

「Super location lovely staff. Food very good, especially main dining room. Rooms very dark and designs very odd. Large old rooms updated but black padded wall coverings on walls and floors and ceilings was a bit much. It gave it a dark and dingy feel. Doors were old and you could see outside through the door. Not sure what style they were trying to convey No complaints just a little odd」

「The front desk staff were very polite and friendly until I told them my pregnant wife was very sick and we needed to head to Toulouse. I was hoping a gesture of GoodWill would've been offered as we did not stay the length of time. Sadly, they were rude and beligerant.」

「What an amazing stay. Grand, elegant and tastefully restored farmhouse set in immaculate grounds. Our hosts, Helen and Jean were so welcoming and gave us do many useful ideas about places and restaurants to visit. We loved the breakfast with homemade jams, French toasts and local delicacies in a sublime outdoor setting. An amazing stay in a beautiful room and would definitely recommend a stay and would love to return.」
