"Beautiful waterfront home on the lovely Lake Caddo. Roasted hotdogs and smores with our grandkids and family. Hired the world famous guide Randy Deaver with Caddoprobass.com. Greatest guide, very patient with children/granddaughter as he taught her the art of bass fishing. Very successful trip for our granddaughter caught some really big bass! I would encourage everyone to stay at one of Nick and Jenny's homes on Lake Caddo!"

"I can't communicate well enough how nice this property is. Check in was simple. Everything we needed was present. The house and property are lovely. It's close enough walk to downtown Jefferson, which we did. We walked back at 1:30 am and you can't do that most places. Hardwood floors, tall ceilings, big back porch...it's fabulous."

"We rented the house for a fishing trip on pines. Good location and close to a boat ramp. Getting three extended cab trucks and 21’ boats in the driveway was a bit challenging but can be done. Great place for a group of 6 fisherman. Was clean and well equipped."

"The property was more than adequate for our stay. Being able to sit so near the bayou was also a plus. There were a few things that would have made the stay even better. These included (1) directions on turning the heat on at night; (2) no wifi on the property was almost a non-starter for me; (3) no hair dryer in either bathroom was almost a non-starter for the women; and nonstick cookware is a small investment that would make for happier campers."

"We booked this VRBO so we could bring our canoe to Caddo for the first time. We were attracted by the proximity to the lake and dock access. Everything about the place exceeded expectations! The hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and communicative. The space was very clean and nicely decorated and maintained. They had gone the extra mile with special touches like a goody basket and having firewood ready to go in the fire pit. We very much enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Frog...

"The place was an alright place to stay, especially for the price. The floors are uneven and the dishes available were lacking, there were not enough for us to eat. The couch is needing updated and the beds are not the most comfortable, but not the worst we have ever slept on. There was lots of room for us to spread out, which was nice. We did see a cockroach while we were there, but I believe it is typical in the area."
