"This was a second stay at this lovely property. Well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. We only had to bring one suitcase since there is a washer and dryer. Can work out while waiting on dryer! Nice quiet area. Provides a nice variety of games and puzzles. Beautiful deck. Owners answer emails quickly. Sure we will be back next year."

"We were in town for a Penn St. game. This is about as close as you are going to get to Happy Valley without paying $1,000 per night. So, consider it. Everything was great for our intended purpose. They did, however, give us the wrong room key when we checked in and walked in on someone else's room. Forturnately, the guests were not in the room. But, that did give cause for concern. They were very apologetic for the error. Just something worth noting."

"This cabin is fantastic! The cabin was super clean, wonderfully stocked, and had awesome amenities! Our teens loved the game room, fire pit, hot tub, and Bluetooth music connections in the shower. The adults loved seeing the kids happy! The cabin is also located closely to Cook’s forest, fire tower, and Bear rocks. It was a fantastic trip! We also had our fur baby with us and the cabin was great for him as well - even a little area for him and food bowls ready to fill. The hosts were awesome!"

"It was a very nice cabin but we were right next door to the owners house. We had no privacy and watch them hang out their laundry and they were watching over us the whole time. Even driving past the back of the place in his truck. We went up there for a getaway not to be watched over. If you ever go there it's pretty nice I do not get the first one by the owner's house"
