「Clean room」

「The location of the property is very quiet. The staff is pretty nice. The rooms do not match what is seen online. I was forced to upgrade my room and that one also did not match the photos, and costed more than it was supposed to. There was an internet outage the first night we were there so wifi was out to no fault of the hotel. The second night we stayed I was awoken at midnight by someone who checked in with 3 children. You could hear the children running around all night and I was not able...

「I had a 5 people party I asked two queens and a sofa bed and I asked when checked in and I was told yes that is what you getting. When I got to the room I only had 2 queens my son slept in the floor it was pretty annoying」

「It was ok」

「I enjoy perfect location」

「Air conditioning needs some work」

「Staff were friendly and available at any time, and care about the cleanliness of the room. It is well located and close to restaurant and many more stores.」

「Horrible experience front lady was very rude. I don’t know why they have smoking rooms that carpet, but have the non-smoking rooms hardwood. It makes no sense. It’s very backwards ! Room stinks / Ac barely works ! Then if you extend your room they asked for $20 just for you to stay in your room two hours. Otherwise you have to check out and check back in . In the same room ! Then she says she has to pay her housekeepers to clean the room, but if you don’t have to clean the room that you don’t...

「Staff was nice」

「清掃の行き届いた綺麗な部屋でした」

「It was decent for the area」

「A solid 9/10」

「The room are so dirty that you can’t stay there comfortably. Staff offered another room but it was as dirty as the one they gave me initially. The internet never worked, a man was knocking at my door several times, I don’t know if he was trying to break in. At night they were knocking another door and screaming, it was a nightmare.」
