"It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent. Their UmAli dessert is a must-try. Special shout out to Mohamed who brought meals to my room on two occassions for his courtesy and professionalism. The housekeeping staff also did a great job. They need to tag their two entrances (on opposite sides) on Google maps because Uber drivers and customers often get confused on where exactly the pick up is. While the hotel is strategically located close yo Al-Balad, there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. "

"Very happy with the Business Center - small, but very much to the point. Nice location next to the Alandalus Mall. I thank Anwar, Jibom (sorry for misspelling) and Faris who helped me with my suitcases at the check-out, the personnel at the Reception very welcoming, and Mahmoud and Shaheed who cleaned my room for 2 weeks. Overall, I am satisfied with the Alandalous Mall Hotel. I would stay there again next time if my business is in that part of Jeddah."
