An excellent villa for a large family group

Three generations of our family enjoyed an excellent ten day stay in Villa Rosh. The villa has absolutely stunning views of the sea and coastline and we really enjoyed the pool terrace in the afternoons and made good use of the BBQ and large outdoor table in the evenings when it wasn’t too windy! Being able to walk to the excellent Wimark supermarket in the mornings for fresh bread, pastries, BBQ supplies and wine was a big bonus. We enjoyed lovely lunches in the old town, Javea port, Arenal beach, Denia and Moraira. A very successful stay in a large comfortable well equipped villa.

Vue epoustouflante

Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes (6 adultes, 5 adolescents de 13 à 17ans, et 1 enfant de 7ans) et avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Javea. La villa offre une vue incroyable sur la mer à 180°. Cette vue est tout aussi incroyable depuis la piscine à débordement. Maison sur 3 niveaux bien équipée avec deux cuisines (sur deux niveaux différents) et une terrasse à chaque niveau. Beaucoup d'activités à faire aux alentours.

A fabulous villa.

The views of the sea are spectacular and there are so many areas to sit and enjoy them. We were a family of 12. The bedrooms are on two levels with en suites and bathrooms and worked perfectly for us all. So much space for the children too. The infinity pool is big with steps and the sun loungers are so comfortable. Excellent barbecue area with table and plenty of different dining areas. Supermarkets within a 10 minute drive and easy drive into Javea and Arsenal beach with all its restaurants and shops. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.

We were travelling as a family of nine and were delighted with the ample space the villa provided for a group of our size. There were enough bathrooms to ensure all couples had privacy; the kitchens were fully equipped and there were basic food items - cooking oils, salt, pepper, dried herbs etc - plus a generous welcome hamper to ensure we were good to go. The views from the pool are truly magnificent - you lose time, it's so mesmerising. The villa itself is pure luxury (the most sumptuous master bedroom, which we were lucky to get). All the bedrooms are generously proportioned. The property management company's service is excellent - the best I've ever experienced. Louise was lovely - always available to help; brilliant at settling us in - and the guide the company provides is second to none. I've never come across such a thorough service before. We would definitely book through this company again.

AMAZING VIEW!

The villa has AMAZING views, even better in person than what the photos portray. A couple of maintenance issues, but Louise was very prompt in resolving most of them. Electric gate allowing parking on property was broken and not functioning forcing us to park on the street which was a pain (the rocky, uneven street was a bit of a walking challenge for my older father ). The spa heater was also not working so we were not able to use it either. We only had 2 people staying so only used the 2 master bedrooms which were nice. The house was very comfortable and the 2 kitchens were very well stocked. The AC worked well and kept the house very cool. Over-all we enjoyed the stay, LOVED the views and would book it again.

Outstanding property

The villa was outstanding with views that will long live in my memory! Gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi with two floors above with balconies with the same Gorgeous views where you could eat and dance away the evenings to your hearts content! Also two barbecues by the pool with seats and tables to while away the evenings! The management went above and beyond the call of duty to help us! I would say the hire of a car would be preferable, but we got by without one! The local taxi drivers we used from the numbers that where left at the villa where also so, so brilliant with us! A little out of the way, in a residential area, but which we liked as there was no noise from bars or traffic! Nothing but the sound of the sea hitting the land! Overall an outstanding property with beautiful views and plenty, if not more room for all seven adults of us who stayed there! Would undoubtedly consider going back next year! Arenal beach, 15 minute ride away is lovely of a day but comes alive and is gorgeous of an evening with lovely restaurants and shops mingled together! Lovely holiday! Thanks again to the management!

Amazing property and service from management company

We stayed at Villa Rosh for 10 days. The views cannot be beat to send you into immediate holiday mode. Having two floors nearly completely full apartments could not be more ideal for two families. Tons of privacy and space even though you still are together. The pool was hard to leave, which was ok because the beaches are rather far away! The description speaks of a beach 5 minutes away, but that is closed. The beaches in town are more like 20 minutes away than the described 10. I have never stayed with a more responsive and helpful management company than at Villa Rosh. They made the stay feel like we had a service team helping out! The interior of the house has seen some wear and needs updating. For example peeling upholstery needing to be swept daily from the dining room chairs and less than ideal linens for such a nice property. We also love music and we’re disappointed to have only one speaker in the house when we were told there was a sound system throughout. Villa Rosh is an ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday relaxing and unwinding at your vacation home with family.

A wonderful and relaxing time in a beautiful villa

I had a truly wonderful time at the Villa. It had all the tools and space we had hoped for and the view is truly amazing. Louise was a great host and made sure everything was in order. Check-in was easy with a code to retrieve the keys to the villa. If I had to mention a negative point, then I would be that theres little space for to cars on de side. 5/5 would recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent villa, with a superb view overlooking the ocean and an amazing infinity pool.

Having booked this villa 3 years ago and having to rearrange our booking twice, we finally got here this year. Communication with Dean of Whitecoast Properties has been excellent and he has been very accommodating considering the circumstances and we are very grateful for this. Stunning property, exactly as listed, with a 'to die for' view from the back of the villa. We were a party of 13 and it accommodated us well and we were never on top of each other. A well equipped villa with everything we needed.

zeer sjieke villa met alle comfort

zeer sjieke villa voor 12 personen, wij waren met 10. 2 lcompleet ingerichte keukens, zwembad, jacuzzi, 3 terrassen, bbq. in een woord: GEWELDIG!!!!

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa. Nous étions 9. Nous avons apprécié l'espace qu'offre cette villa. La vue est spectaculaire ! Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette villa!

Una semana maravillosa.

Un precio alto, pero la ubicación era privilegiada. Vistas maravillosas, todo muy cuidado. Como único pero la parte de menaje y elementos de limpieza un poco escasos, tuvimos que comprarlo. Por lo demás muy bien. Dean y Louise responden enseguida y con detalle.

Lovely location and views and great support from the management company

Une maison avec vue fantastique !

Nous avons séjourné a 3 couples dans cette maison avec 6 enfants. Chaque couple a pu bénéficié de son intimité. La vue est magnifique et imprenable. La maison est vraiment impeccable et décorée non pas pour ma location mais comme si le propriétaire y vivait. Spacieuse, moderne, chaque pièce à sa propre climatisation. Les deux cuisines sont plutôt bien équipées et agréables. Seul bémol, le barbecue, petit et basique et son espace protégé qui manque de tables, chaises pour manger dehors. C est de loin la plus belle location que nous ayons eue.
