This cozy and bright apartment of 80m2 is located in the coastal area of Javea, a few minutes walk from the beach and about 10 minutes by car from the city center.

With all the facilities to make your stay a pleasurable one, in this small but renovated and equipped space you will feel at home. In addition, it has the advantage of being in a quiet area but only a 15-minute walk from Cala Blanca and about a 20-minute walk from Paseo Arenal with many restaurant offers.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment includes of the following spaces:
- Living room with sofa, amenities like TV and Wi-Fi and a chill-out place.
- Kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A bedroom with two individual beds.
- A bedroom with an individual bed.
- A bathroom with shower included.

It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.

- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
