「I paid full amount on Expedia and because it didn’t match his rate we needed having to pay more with cash. Gave a $100 deposit only got $68 back. He doesn’t go by what Expedia says. I would NOT recommend. No pool. Have to wait till a certain time to get clean towels and wash rags.」

「All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.」

I booked accommodation for 6 people through Expedia, but upon arrival the hotel manager refused to honor the booking as confirmed. Instead, we were told we had to book and pay for an additional room if we wanted to accommodate everyone.
