Room was clean and a good size. A/C was cold. Breakfast provided was sufficient. Located next door to a movie theater and a Mexican restaurant. Only negative was housekeeping entered the room without knocking or announcing themselves. Overall, great value for the price, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is our home away from home when we visit family in Jasper. We've been staying there 10 years. It's a solid hotel for the price. It has had some updates, but could stand a few more. It's clean, safe, and the staff could not possibly be nicer! Keep up the great work!

Check in could have been a little more informative. Did not mention where elevator was located or breakfast times. Most hotels have breakfast until 10. The early closing was in line with all of the local restaurants being closed before 10 pm when they advertise being open until 10.

Highly recommend

Amazing hotel. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Came for Holiday World and convenient drive to park. Location was quiet. We even extended our stay by a day. They provided us with whatever we needed. My daughter and her friend loved the pool which was clean.

Mostly good with some oversights

It was mostly very good, but the room didn't have any lighting except the lamps next to the bed, and once the sun went down, the corner with the desk was very dark. There is also plenty of room for a more comfortable armchair.
