"Les chambres dans la dépendance ont une jolie vue, sont très tranquilles et propres. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans un cadre magnifique. La plage est toute proche et à l’ombre, pensez à prendre des chaussures. Nous avons eu un problème dans la chambre qui a été réglé d’une main de maitre par la directrice, merci beaucoup à elle. Je vous conseille le restaurant du camping en haut pour le midi, incroyable. Le dîner du soir était très bien pour le prix et nous avons apprécié la terrasse....

"Excellent hotel with lovely spa, pool, rooms, foyer and beach. Walk into Makarska takes about 20 mins with lots of bars and restaurants on the way, some quite tacky. Beach access is easy to roped off area away from watersports. Good choice of Excellent food from the buffet, although some hot dishes could be warmer. Rooftop terrace bar is incredible with spectacular views over the bay towards Brac and Hvar. Would definitely return."

"From September 5th to 15th we vacationed in Croatia—specifically in the town of Podgora—at the lovely Hotel Medora. Our daughter, who lives in California, booked this trip for us. We would like to express our gratitude and warm appreciation to the hotel staff for their care and assistance—especially Zlatan for helping us resolve issues with our car; the reception team for being so attentive and polite regarding our requests; the housekeeping staff for keeping our room spotless; and the restaurant team—the head chef, waiters, and manager—for the incredibly delicious and varied food (hot dishes, cold options, and salads). The desserts were true works of art—everything was incredibly tasty and wholesome. This was our first time vacationing on the Makarska Riviera; The beach was wonderful, featuring crystal-clear seawater, stunning scenery, and excellent, clean facilities. We wish Hotel Medora continued prosperity and business success. "I’m very impressed with this place. I haven’t visited Croatia or Makarska in so many years. I came with my husband from the USA from Las Vegas and we really enjoyed our stay. The place is amazing. The location is excellent close to everywhere restaurant shopping and the beach. That stuff is very friendly. All the girls at the front desk are very nice friendly, and helpful. The room is so clean we have a balcony watching every night sunset we have full kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom the bed is so comfortable. Air conditioning. The parking is free. We have free breakfast too Excellent; we will definitely come back."

"It’s a slightly older hotel that has been upgraded. The beds were great, linens clean, restaurant more than adequate for breakfast & great location! Everything we needed was accessible to the property. Drawbacks - the parking is so tight all you see are scrape marks on the walls! It took several attempts to park & I drove busses for a living at one point. Top of my class for my CDL. Parking was one of my best attributes, even in tight spaces or backing into it! Nice staff & friendly atmosphere. Would consider staying there again."
