Check in very good, Room service terrible. I asked for a Burger and ketchup. Bacon was extra cooked and Ketchup never arrived... Not even after I complained. Very disappointing... Apart from that my stay was good, rooms are very good and front desk very friendly.

This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Location is great. Staff at check-in is fantastic, friendly, fast. But the room.... it's so small, it's difficult to open your luggage. The photos are way better than the room itself. The room feels like a hostel. Not great.
