Japanese Gardens

Good location. Didn’t care for the self check in and that they were so rigid about checking in right at 3pm.

The hotel is very nice, great bar and it is a excellent location. Self check-in is not well executed. There was no option to enter the booking number and had to check-in 3 rooms individually going through all the steps over again each time. The bathroom has presence detection which turns the lights off every 1.5 minutes or so and will turn off with you in the room... climate control in the room kept resetting every couple hours and would wake up with cold air blowing instead of what I had set before laying down. Overall mixed feelings about our stay.
