"This is a really nice property. A lot of work has gone into fixing up this old style hotel. The rooms are spacious. The balconies are huge as well. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was really good. The view of the lake was awesome. I would stay here again!"
"The property is in a great location - a few minutes from downtown and so not as crowded, very rustic, peaceful and quiet. The property is big and guests can walk around the property, lie on a hammock under the trees or sit on chairs with a view of the lake and mountain. It is right beside a lake and guests can go kayaking. There is also a sauna and hot tub and what's great is that they're all included. The room is clean and the view from the room is wonderful!
The staff are super nice and very friendly and helpful. Communication was great and everything was explained in detail. And don't forget to try their excellent breakfast.
Overall, a great experience and will not hesitate to go back!"
"We’re two couples who really liked the cabin. It worked well for us as we could launch our kayaks from the beach. We also enjoyed swimming in the lake. It is only a short drive to Kaslo to have lunch and pick up supplies. There were two beds in the shared loft but my spouse and I decided to sleep in our camper van and let our friends have the loft to themselves. Overall a lovely outdoor space to enjoy views of the lake. Thank you Janet."
"Such a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Would come back here again and again and Tina is an amazing host! So accommodating and quick to respond to any questions too."
"This was a beautiful place to stay, just north of Kaslo. Highly recommended if you want quiet, lovely views, beach access and serenity.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; I understand why people choose to stay much longer or buy at Wing Creek Resort."
